At April 19 sitting, the NA S tanding Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment debated and endorsed the draft law on Amending the RA Law on Local Self-Government in the second reading authored by the NA deputy of My Step Faction Vagharshak Hakobyan.

The author proposes to improve the furnishing of inter-community roads by road signs and clarify the division of the work in that issue. Particularly, it is clarified which body will be responsible for the absence or availability of the road signs in a community.

The RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Vache Terteryan has informed that the Government conclusion on the draft law is positive.

The draft law will be included in the draft agenda of the NA regular sittings to be convened on April 13.
